Space Man.......

Good afternoon all!
I have a card to share with you today!
I was planning to post this on the recipients birthday but....
I forgot to post the actual card to the recipient so I had to wait! lol
So Sorry Aryan!

This is a fairly simple card, made using a La Pashe decoupage sheet from
The Best Of La Pashe 2014 CD Rom.
All the time I was making it, I was singing the brilliant
Babylon Zoo - SpaceMan to myself! I love that song!

The base card is 6"x6". I simply cut & layered the decoupage using
foam pads, then did a bit of matting & layering with silver mirror card.
I found a clock face in my die cut box, which I thought looked a bit
space-like. I cut it in half & tucked it behind the image.
A sprinkling of various sizes of punched stars were dotted around in the
night sky to finish it off.
The sentiment was from the sheet too!
Thanks for popping in! I hope you like my little card!

Football Crazy!

Good Morning everyone!
It's Monday once again & time for this weeks challenge over at
Eureka Stamps, where the theme is

The cute little image I have used is
(It gets a bit confusing, as we call Soccer football in the UK! Lol)

I used a 6"x6" square base in grass green.
The papers are by Papermania & I've had them forever.
I coloured the image with my promarkers, then cut out
with an X-cut square die.
I inked around the edges with a Colour Q
liquid chalk ink pad, while the image was still in the die.
The sentiment was printed, trimmed & then inked.
The photo corners are from a Sports themed scrapbooking set
that I found in a bargain bin at a craft show.
 I do love a bargain, don't you?
The die cut trophy is from a blog candy that I won years ago.
The little die cut fishtail was in my scrapbox,.
Thanks so much for popping in today, I hope you like my card &
I hope you can play along with this weeks challenge!

Birthday Boy

Good Morning all!
How are we doing today? Well I hope!
It's almost the weekend & time to let your hair down!
The card I've made today is for a Birthday Boy who's 6 today!
Happy Birthday Brandyn!

The cute little boy image is Bradley With Football from
The Crafty Pad @ Card Making Downloads
I've had the image in my folder to be coloured for ages. He's been flipped to
face the opposite direction, I can't quite remember why!
I coloured him up with a mix of flexmarkers & Prisma Pencils.
He was the layered on to some scraps of card from my stash.
The card base is a 6"x6" kraft blank & the dotty paper is from La Pashe
The sentiment was also in my folder & I liked how it looked
with the image. I die cut it with a square die to give the effect of the label.
I used the trimmings from the base card & DP to add the mat.
I used a green liquid chalk inkpad on the edges of the image etc but
you can't see it very well!

Finally, to embellish, I added a large button with some sparkly dots on & a
sparkly no.6  toBradley's jumper.
Inside the card is a layer of the dotty DP with a die cut square to write on.
Thanks for popping in today, I hpe you like my card!
