Fashionista

Hi all, Happy Monday to you!
It's time for a new challenge over at Ooh La La Creations,
where the theme this time is
Here's my card!

I used one of the Pyramid Decoupage sheets & matching papers
A beautiful Bathing Belle!
Here's a closer look at the image.

I printed it out onto 200gsm Print Perfect card-stock.
Just the perfect weight for this type of project!

The papers were printed on to  90gsm Print Perfect paper.
I cut some circles from one of the papers to make a flower.
Sorry the photos of the image are not the best as they were taken at an angle!
I added some self adhesive pearls from my stash & gauze from an
out of date dressing for the leaves.

A little side view of my card to show the dimension!
The buttons are from my stash too!
Thanks for popping in!
I hope to see you in  the Fashionista Challenge!

I'd like to enter a the following challenges with this card:

Dress Form Birthday

Hi all, here I am with a little card to share with you!
This is for a friends birthday & it just kind of made itself!

I hadn't ever looked at the Scrapbooking Papers before today but
I was more than delighted with what I found!
The die cut dress form is part of a goodie box I got from Craftwork Cards.
I embossed it with my Cuttlebug Swirls folder then inked with
Antique Linen, Pumice Stone & Old Paper distress inks!
I mounted the dress form using foam tape for a bit of dimension.
The flower was cut using  Spellbinders Classic Circle dies.
The lace pearls & buttons were all from my stash!
the sentiment ticket is from The Crafty Pad Designs

I used the negative of the die cut dress form & inked inside the card.

The envelope got the same treatment!

Another little side view just to let you see the dimension.
Thanks for popping in!

Let's Celebrate - It's Party Time

Good Moring lovely peeps, how are we on this wonderful morning?

The card I have to share with you today is my DT card
for the" Let's Celebrate" challenge
 over at

The image I have used is called
from our sponsor Crafty Sentiments Designs

I coloured her up with a combination of FlexMarkers & Promarkers
then inked the edges with a liquid chalk inkpad.

The design paper is Papermania Born To Shop Go Green collection.
(They are quite old but I googled them & it is still possible to get hold of them.)
As it's double-sided, I used both sides of the sheet!
The flower was punched with a Tonic punch then embossed & layered.
The leaves were punched from the same paper & reversed.

Here's another little look for you!

A Special Little Lady With A Special Message!

Good evening all!
Here's a special little lady, made for a very special lady!
She also carries a very special message!
If you look at her t shirt,  you'll see she's sporting a
Breast Cancer Awareness Ribbon
This is something very close to my heart at the moment.
Please, if you don't already do it,
Check Your Boobies!

I love Saturated Canary images but I didn't own one until a few days ago!

This little stunner 'Boobie Love' was a freebie!
Yes I said a freebie from here!
Isn't she just gorgeous!
All that is asked of you is to become a follower of Saturated Canary's
Blog before you download her!
I coloured her up with promarkers!

The Design Papers I've used are from Craft Works
The layout was based on this weeks sketch from

Here's a closer look at the little lady!
I cut her out with an oval nestie then
matted her onto a scalloped oval

The sentiment was from Rainbow Echo Designs.
I also cut this out with an oval nestie & inked
while it was still in the die!

The little flower was made with a Marianne Die &
the leves were made using a Martha Stewart Punch

I also decorated the inside of the card!
I hope you like my little card!
Thanks so much for stopping by!
