Bond 070

Good Morning all!

The card I have to share today is my last sample for the 

Wrinklies at The Movies Launch
I'm delighted to say that these sets are now available on the website over at

Meet Bond, Jame Bond 070.

This was such a fun card to make!

The base card is A5. I inked through some sequin waste

for the dotty effect.

I used a spellbinders label die for the grey background mat.

I cut out & decoupaged the image & the frame.

The film strip was cut with a Spellbinders Die,

The sentiment tickets are from my stash of images & sentiments

to use up! 

The little numbers were die cut too.

Happy 1st Anniversary

Hi folks, hope your week is going well!

Todays little card is for a first anniversay!
This time last year, we attended a wedding in Majorca.
 This little card is for the happy couple!
Happy 1st Anniverary Ana & Roy!

Not a lot I can say about it really!

A simple little card but I'm happy with how it turned out.

I used an A6 linen embossed card base.

I added a panel which I had embossed & inked

The hearts are cut from First Edition Birdsong papers using

an embosslit, then inked.

I punched a border on some pink paper using my Martha Stewart 

doily punch & added a sentiment which I created on my PC.

I've used a free font called"Vanessa Loves You"

Good morning all!

I hope you're well & have eased gently in to the week!

The card I have to share with you today is oanother of the samples I made for

The Wrinklies At The Movies launch on Create & Craft TV

at the weekend! They sold out in a flash!

No wonder, they are such great fun!

They'll be available on the La Pashe website soonI'm sure.

I used an 8"x 8" base for my card.

This design is an homage to the movie JAWS as you may have gathered!

The design paper was made to go with the image.

Although the decoupage isn't die cut, it's really easy to cut out.

I layered mine up with pinflair glue & added some

Anita's 3d Glaze to the bubbles & the sharks eyes.

The edges were distressed using a pair of scissors & inked with a liquid chalk inkpad.

The paper behind the image was embossed with a bubble folder.

I found a font similar to the movie title image & fussy cut the letters.

The glossy accent letters have been in my stash forever!

I just had to add some twine, an anchor charm, oh, & a doily too

Most Special Day

Good morning all! 

Happy Monday to you! I hope you all had a good weekend!

It's time for the new challenge  over at

Eureka Stamps where the theme this week is

#144 "Use 3 Or More Patterned Papers"

I've used the digi sentiment #20601 Most Special Day

I cut the image out using a Spellbinders Die & inked with 

Spun Sugar Distress Ink before removing from the die.

The papers I've used are from the First Edition - Bird Song Pad

I had a few snippets lying around. 

I've used 5 papers in all.

I hand cut some fishtails & attached them to the back of the sentiment

The edges of the papers were all inked with Spun Sugar DI too

I was going to leave everything flat but it didn't look quite right so I decided to 

mount the sentiment on some foam tape to give some dimension.
