Christmas Is Coming........

Good morning all & a happy Saturday to you!
This is sadly my last GDT post for Scribbles Designs Challenges
Here's my card!

My Christmas In June card was made using

Those of you who know me will know I'm a sucker for a snowman!
The cuter the better! Lol

I opted to go with Christmas, since Katrina the other GDT  pointed out,
"It's exactly 6 months until Christmas!" Eeeeek!
I used a bright yellow 6"x6" card base & fairy light papers from my stash.
The image was coloured with Promarkers, Copics & Flexmarkers then
cut with an oval die & matted on to a scalloped oval.
I made some fish tails & added some ribbon with a double bow.
The sentiment tickets were bundles in the corner & a few buttons
were also added to embellish.

I have to say a great big thanks for inviting me to GDT!
It sure has been fun playing with these images.
Hope I can do it again sometime!

Twinkle Brr.......

Good Morning all!
It's time for another GDT post for Scribbles Designs
Here's the card I made!

I've used the cute little image #228 Twinkle Brr
and the sentiment tickets #109 Let It Snow Quote
I used my Promarkers to colour up the image & Sakura Glaze & Glitter
pens for the little lights. I inked the edges with a liquid chalk ink pad.

The layout for my card is based on the sketch

May Card Sketch

from Stick it Down

The papers are from my stash.
I used foam pads to pop up one end of each sentiment ticket,
for a bit of dimension. I also popped the layered snowflakes
up on foam pads too, then aded a little gem at the centre.
Thanks for looking!

Snow Kisses

Good morning all!
As some of you already know, I was lucky enough to be chosen
as a Guest Designer for Scribbles Designs.
They have some great images which you can check out here!
There are lots of Friday Freebies too, which gives you another great reason to visit!

I'm a sucker for snowmen & I had to get started on my Christmas cards,
so, I made a little White On White Christmas card using -

The card base is 6"x6" Centura Pearl cardstock & I've used this
for all of the elements. The image was coloured using Promarkers,
then cut using a spellbinders circle die.
I added four embossed panels, which were popped up on foam pads for dimension.
I placed a memory box die cut, behind the image, & added a
 Marianne Creatables die cut snowflake,
To finish the card off, I threaded some sheer ribbon through the sentiment
which was die cut with a spellbinders die.
Thanks for stopping by today!
I hope you like my little card! Don't forget to check out the challenge

Carl's New Pad

Hi everyone!
How's your weekend going? Good I hope!
As you may know, I am currently a Guest Scribbler over at
Here's my latest card for them!

I made a New Home card for a guy who's just moved in to his first flat!
The cool image I have used is #321 Carl's Pad
(gotta love a cute frog in a pond lol )
The sentiment is my own!
My card base is the usual 6"x6".
I used a mix of Flexmarkers & Promarkers to colour up the image.
The image & sentiment were die cut using spellbinders dies,
then inked with some liquid chalk ink.
The patterened paper is from a book of papers I picked up at Lidl.
The fish tail was created using a square punch on an angle!
I was going to add a couple of buttons but the little bit of trim appeared
from nowhere & was the right size, so I stuck it on instead.
Thi card is flat which means it can easily be posted.

Jar Of Hearts Scribbles

Hello everyone!
I'm here with another card to share!

A few weeks back I was invited to be a guest Scribbler over at
I was of course delighted & jumped at the chance!

Here's my debut GDT card!
I used the sweet image #890 Hearts Mason Jar to make my card.
The card base is a Kraft 145x145mm square.
I coloured up the image using my promarkers then cut it out with a Spellbinders die.
I edged everything with a pink Colour Q liquid chalk inkpad.
The paper I have used is one from Lidl, it seems I have been using these
a lot lately. My craft/ spare bedroom is a bit topsy turvey so it's hard to get to things
for the moment and these might just be a little easier to get to than others!
I just happen to love them too! lol
I added a section of doily as when I think of things that come in Mason jars,
I always think of doilies & ginham. Which brings me neatly on to the ribbon
which came from a crafty friends de stash.
The die cut hearts were cut with an embosslit (another crafty de stash buy)  & the
sentiment was die cut twice from  Kraft CS using a Lawn Fawn die then layered
to give a bit of dimension & shadow.
I hope you like my card & I hope you can play in the challenge.
The theme at the moment is " A Song In My Heart"
You can use a song title or pehaps some of the words as your inspiration.
The inspirations for my card was the title:
Jar Of Hearts, from a Christina Perri song!

I'd like to enter this card in the following challenges:
Crafty Calendar - anything goes
Let's Color Saturday Linky Party  anything goes with something colored
