Dancing Queen

Hi all,
Here I am again, with this weeks DT card for the challenge over at
where the challenge is always Anything Goes.

For my card this week, I've used the image
She's such a dancing queen don't you think?
I sang that song all the while I was making this card! Lol
I coloured the image with my Promarkers as usual.
I die cut the image, leaving the tail out of the die.

The papers are from my stash.
I did the sentiment on my PC & die cut then trimmed.

I hope you can play along in the challenge, which is always anything goes.
Each week, we select two winners  1 using QKR Stampede or Eureka Stamps image and

Happy New Home!

Hi everyone!
For some reason, this card didn't post when it should have, despite
my post being scheduled! I apologise if you've been waiting for it!

Here I am again with a little card to share!
This is my DT inspiration for the challenge over at
 QKR Stampede

It's another CAS card using the image
Cottage Digital Stamp Digi 17805
I used a digital paper & inked with Distress inks then coloured with my
Promarkers the colours are closer to the colours of the paper in real life
but sadly here in Scotland, we are short of daylight!
I used a circle die for the image & a shout out die for the sentiment
which was simply created on my PC.
I added a sheer ribbon & a couple of self adhesive gems to finish!

I hope you can play along in the challenge, which is always anything goes.

Each week, we select two winners  1 using QKR Stampede

I'm back with my weekly DT card for the

The image I've used this time is
Rainy Day Duck Digital Stamp
ES-digi2006
and the sentiment is
Under the Weather Digital Stamp

The get well soon was typed on the PC using a font called
Dot to Dot. I thought it looked quite good with the sentiment.

Hi everyone,
Here I am with my card for the QKR Stampede Challenge DT this week!
Some of you may have had a sneak preview as this posted by accident earlier
than it should have! Naughty blogger!

http://qkrstampede.blogspot.com/

Last year we moved house and we were
lucky enough to be invited us to a wedding by our new neighbours.
We had the most amazing time & it was great getting to know everyone.
Of course, we couldn't let the happy couples
1st Wedding Anniversary
go by without sending our wishes, so I made this little card!

The image used is
The sentiment is

I coloured the image with my promarkers, die cut it then added some
Distress Oxide while it was still in the die.
The papers I've used have been in my stash for a long time
but I have been very sparing with them.
Don't you just hate it when the things that you love run out!

To create the fishtails, I used the corner of a square punch.
Hope you like my little card & I hope you can play along with us this week!

A few sticky pearls from my stash & we're done!

This unicorn was stamped & embossed in black then coloured with

The matting & layering was done using plain white CS & blue glitter card!
I punched the corners for a bit of interesting detail

of promarkers & flexmarkers.

My mum & dad live just at the edge of an estate & go walking
in a local country park most days. Deer are a common sight, so I thought
this would be the perfect image for my Father's Day card to my dad!

I used a 6"x6" Kraft card base & Kraft papers which I lightly distressed with some scissors.
The image was coloured with Promarkers then cut using a Spellbinders die.
I added a computer generated sentiment, some twine & some
scrabble type wooden letters to embellish!

for all of the elements. The image was coloured using Promarkers,
then cut using a spellbinders circle die.

not sure if you can see but they are embossed too!

talking to each other. Of course I only found out when I wanted to print my image!!
It took a while but I finally managed to get them on speaking terms
again with just enough time to get my card done! lol
Here's how I did it:
I used an A6 (A2 in USA) card for the base.
My image & sentiment were printed on to the same piece of card,
The image was coloured with promarkers, to match the Washi tape colours.
A few strips of Washi, a paper clip & some foam tape & hey presto!

Feeling Tyred

Good Morning all!
It's Thursday & I have another little Just Inklined card
 to share with you today!

The image is called Feeling Tyred.
He's such a cute little guy don't you think, just swinging on his tyre!
I used Kraft Card-stock for the 6"x6" base & added papers from
Papermania "For Him" Colossal Paper Pack
(which I've had in my stash forever)

Here's a closer look at the image which I coloured with Promarkers.
I then distressed with a pair of scissors & a liquid chalk inkpad.
Next I cut him out with an oval nestie & matted onto a scalloped oval of Kraft
I used a sketch for the layout!

It from Willow Sketchie sadly I won't make that challenge!

I added a couple of buttons on a piece of twine. This was rescued from
a shop bought card my hubby received for his birthday.
The sentiment ticket is by The Crafty Pad Designs.
It was treated in the same way as the image.

Here you can see I've decorated the inside of the card using the
same layout but another paper from the "For Him" pad.
