Baby Girl With Lace & Pearls

Good Morning all,
I'm back with another card today!
For those of you who asked, my first day back at work wasn't too traumatic
I actually enjoyed it if I'm honest (don't tell the boss though) Lol.
Here's the DT inspiration card I made for this month's challenge

Just For Fun & we welcome crafters of all levels.
We are a friendly (non selling) group & like to share hints & tips as well as
helpful advice. If you're not already a member, feel free to join us.

I used papers from my scrap box & a decoupaged image called
which was left over from another project.
The Double Decoupage download sheet came with both pink & blue images.
Useful for twins or just to have a spare!
The lace is from my stash as is the pink satin ribbon & the pearls.
The little ticketdie I've used for the sentiment is from Tattered Lace.
Thanks for popping in, I hope you like my card.
I'd love to see you join in with the challenge too!

A New Baby

Good morning all, it's Thursday already!
I hope you have something nice planned for the weekend!
I'm off out to lunch on Sunday to celebrate a family birthday
but as it's Father's Day, I'm hoping to treat my dad to lunch on Saturday.
If not, we can make it another day!
The card I have to share today is another left-overs card!

The little image was a left over piece from the La Pashe
Decoupage sheet Baby Bath.
My card base is 6"x6" & I've added a design paper which is also from La Pashe.
I made a panel using another La Pashe design paper.
I cut out the image with a spellbinders circle die & matted on  to a scalloped circle
cut from the same CS as the base. I also cut a little frame from the same cs &
popped it up on some foam pads for dimension.
I added some ribbon & lace from my stash before I added the panel to the card
using some foam tape for even more dimension.
The letters are die cut too.

A little side view which will hopefully show the dimension!
Thanks for popping in, I hope you like my little card!
I'd like to enter this card in the following challenges:
Crafter's Cafe - At The Movies (Nine Months)
Fresh Brewed Designs  - Anything Goes

Bath Time

Good morning all!
It's Thursday! Almost the weekend!
I have another Just Inklined card to share with you!

A CAS card this time. The image I have used is Bath Time.
Perfect for new baby cards.
I coloured the image with my trusty Promarkers, die cut,
then inked with distress ink whilst still in the die.
The ribbon threaded die cut is by Marianne's Creatables. I've had that die forever
but have only used it a handful of times even though I love it!
The ribbon is from Fantastic Ribbons & the sentiment is from
The Crafty Pad Designs at Cardmaking Downloads

I decorated the inside of the card too!

Tag It!

Good Morning Blogland!
Another post from me today! Woo Hoo!
Over at Crafting For All Seasons, we have a brand new challenge for you!
The theme this time  is "Tag It!"
We can't wait to see what you come up with!
Here's my project
Our sponsor this time is A Day For Daisies.
I used "Banana Fairy", a sponsor image.
(Sorry, their site is down for maintainence so will link when I can!)
I used Xcut scalloped heart dies to cut the tag & mats.
The letters were die cut with Sizzix First Step Alphabet dies

I printed out the image twice, coloured with a mix of Promarkers
& Flexmarkers, fussy cut around them then layered for some
dimension. The CS is from Southfield Stationers,
the gingham paper is from Carftwork Cards
The ribbon & twine is from Lidls gift wrapping section.
Thanks for popping in!

New Arrival

Good morning lovely bloggers & readers!
I hope your having a loveley start to your weekend!
Today I have something a little different to share with you.
You may have seen it before, it was on
I get so excited when I see my creations on there! lol

This little beauty was made using the new
 now available at La Pashe

First the closed doors. I tied them up with a little ribbon & tag.
How real do those doors look?

Then a little peek at the little scene inside!
Isn't is so cute??
Sshhh, go gently, mum & baby are having some quiet time
 behind the screens!

As you can see I made a little 4 drawer easel card.
The first I've ever made if I'm honest! lol
I thought the little drawers could perhaps hold a gift
or a lock of hair, maybe a hospital baby bracelet etc.
The drawer pulls are little brads with ribbon attached!

Here's a side view of how I managed to get the
easel part to sit flat on the top of the box!
Don't forget to pick up your copy of the CD before they run out!
If you've spent all your pocket money & can't afford the CD,
don't fret, you can also buy the sheet on it's own here
Thanks so much for stopping by!

I'm off to see if I can find some challenges to enter!
Crafty Catz - A Fancy Fold Or Two
Crafty Ribbons - Anything Goes With Ribbon (ribbon on drawer pulls)
