Miss Ewe!

Good morning all!
I hope you had a good weekend! Did you have snow on Saturday?
We did here in Edinburgh, it was just the craziest weather!
Sunday wasn't so bad & we had a great day out at Edinburgh Zoo.
We walked our socks off, but it was fantastic!
Anyhoo, down to business!
It's time for the new challenge over at Eureka Stamps, where the theme is
Here's my little card!

I used the sweet little image  digi 2209 (35) Standing Sheep & the
sentiment digi 9903 Miss Ewe.
The card base is my usual 6"x 6" in lilac cs with matching paper for matting.
I coloured the image using flexmarkers & promarkers then cut out using
a spellbinders die. The sentiment was cut with a spellbinders die too!
The layout is the sketch over at Cheerful Sketches
The sketch at Sweet Sketch Wednesday is similar if you rotate it

The papers are 12"x12" Kitschy Kitchen by Melissa Frances.
The buttons & ribbon are from my stash!
I hope you like my card & I'd love it if you can play
in the challenge this week!

Doppelganger

Hi everybody, it's Friday!!!
My all time favourite day!
I'm in work today but at a different location so wish me luck! lol
Here is the card I have to share today!

This is Doppelganger from The Grumps range @ La Pashe
Sorry the photo quality isn't great!
They say owners & their dogs look alike..... not sure in this case if the owner
looks like the dog or the dog looks like the owner but.....
there is a distinct resemblance there!
Not too much else to say about this little card!
It's actually an A5 tent fold.
The decoupage was cut out & layered up with pinflair glue.
The papers & sentiment I've used are also from La Pashe.
I cut the image out with a Spellbinders Die

I added a couple of Faux Leather fishtails &  a few
little buttons from my stash! I haven't decorated the inside of this one.
Perhaps a plain insert would be best.
Thanks for popping in, hope you like it!

Go Girl Cheerleader

Good evening bloggers,
Here's a little card I made for a friend who is going through a bit of a tough time!

The image I have used is one that I've had for a long time.
She's called Cheerleader Tween & was from a company called
Digi's With Attitude. Sadly they are  no longer in business.
It took me ages sifting through things to find her! lol

I coloured her using a mix of promarkers & flexmarkers.
Cut out with a nestie & inked with Spun Sugar Distress Ink
whilst still in the die. I die cut the sentiment too!
The papers are from Papermania.

Some butterflies & lots of twine to embellish et voila!
Thanks for popping in!
I'd like to enter a few challenges with this one!

My stars were punched out using Xcut punches then layered up.
The bling is from Meiflower & the twine is American Crafts

The fab papers & sentiment are from Craftwork Cards
