Happy 1st Anniversary

Hi folks, hope your week is going well!

Todays little card is for a first anniversay!
This time last year, we attended a wedding in Majorca.
 This little card is for the happy couple!
Happy 1st Anniverary Ana & Roy!

Not a lot I can say about it really!

A simple little card but I'm happy with how it turned out.

I used an A6 linen embossed card base.

I added a panel which I had embossed & inked

The hearts are cut from First Edition Birdsong papers using

an embosslit, then inked.

I punched a border on some pink paper using my Martha Stewart 

doily punch & added a sentiment which I created on my PC.

I've used a free font called"Vanessa Loves You"

New Job

Good morning all!

Today I have another New Job card to share with you!
I just can't believe how many people are changing jobs just now!

All of the items are from my stash & have been there for quite some time!

It feels good to be using up some of the goodies I've had for ages!

The oval & scalloped oval nesties I have used are among the first dies I ever 

got & I use them all the time for lots of things, so useful!

Baby Drum

Good morning all!

My goodness, I can't believe it's Thursday already!

That's what happens when you go gadding off for long weekends abroad! lol

So, it's time to share a card with you all for Just Inklined

Here's what I made

 A First Birthday Card for a baby boy!

The image I have chosen this time is

Baby Drum

Such a cute image, whenever I saw him I new I had to have a play.

I coloured him up with promarkers & flexmarkers then

added a little bit of Antique Linen Distress Ink.

I did think to ink all the panels but I didn't like the look so

I started again! lol

I used the sketch below for my card

I added a panel which was embossed with a Honeycomb embossing folder

behind the image. The papers I have used are from Southfield Stationers.

The script paper is the Nursery Ryhme Little Boy Blue.

I thought the sheep paper was the perfect partner.

The sentiment was printed out with the image & cut with a

Spellbinders Die. I also added a couple of buttons threaded with twine,
(my favourite embellishments) from my stash.

Happy Thursday all!

Here is the little card I have to share with you today!

The Best Of Just Inklined 2012 CD Rom

The papers are by Papermania & the border is a Martha Stewart punch.

The sentiment was created on the pc.

A seam binding bow & a little heart shaped wooden button to embellish!

Here's a closer look at the image.

Lightly coloured with flexmarkers & inked with spun sugar distress ink.

Here's a little card I made for a friend who is going through a bit of a tough time!

The image I have used is one that I've had for a long time.

She's called Cheerleader Tween & was from a company called

Digi's With Attitude. Sadly they are  no longer in business.

It took me ages sifting through things to find her! lol

I coloured her using a mix of promarkers & flexmarkers.

Cut out with a nestie & inked with Spun Sugar Distress Ink

whilst still in the die. I die cut the sentiment too!

The papers are from Papermania.

Some butterflies & lots of twine to embellish et voila!
