Riding Along - On A Pushbike

Good morning  blogland!
Are we all enjoying the heatwave or is it a bit much?
I'm loving it except when I have to be in work!
It's too too hot in there! lol
Anyhoo! Here is the card I have to share with you today!

I've made a birthday card for a girl/ woman using
"Riding Along"  decoupage sheet from La Pashe it is
also on the new La Pashe Something For Everyone CD-Rom
I have to say it makes me want to sing The Pushbike Song (by the mixtures)!

Here's a closer look at the image, I cut it out & used foam pads to layer.

I've kept the layout fairly simple as I tend to do!
The design paper & the sentiment are from the CD too!
I should have added some flowers in her basket!

I added a die cut fence some butterflies & a little row of roses.

A sheer ribbon triple bow to finish off!
You can see the dimension better from this angle.
If you haven't seen the CD, pop over to La Pashe & check it out!
There really is Something For Everybody!
I'd like to enter this card in a few challenges:

  1. What a sweet summery card! I like how you made a scene using fence die cuts, and the flower ribbon and butterflies are such lovely, feminine touches.

  4. I love this card, so many bits to look at....and I loved the video too, we had a great laugh looking at the fashion and especially the dancing. I would've sworn it was done by Mungo Jerry though ......I passed my driving test in 1971, heck, 42 years ago. Wish I could turn the clock back :-(

  22. Aw, Dawn, what a darling, dimensional card - love the movement in it and all the pretty features, but I most especially like the use of "panels" in your card. It's all one scene, but the components are featured beautifully!
