Let's Go To The Hop & Don't Forget!!!!!

Updated!
Oooppsy!
I was editing this post & got distracted so I apologise if you've been looking for it!
It managed to fnd it's way back to drafts!
Woo Hoo! It's that time of the month!
The Dude Time Doodles Dudette's
are having a blog hop to introduce you to  the new family members in the
Dude Time Doodles Store!

Now, if you're already on the blog hop & you've found your way here from the
awesome Boni's blog then you're on the right track!

Here's my card!

Meet "Howie HotHotHot"
Pheeeeweee!  He's really toooooo hot to handle!
I'll tell you a bit more about my card in a little bit,
if you're interested to know about how I made it!
But for now, here's the order of the hop!

                       Dawn  (That's Me)

Now, as always, it's a circle hop so if you manage to get a little lost along
the way, you can pick it up at  the Dude Time Doodle's Challenge Blog
& carry on from there
Whatever you do, don't forget to leave a comment & a little love
on each of the Dudette's blogs along the hop!
I have a sneaky feeling
there may be a "mystery hostess" somewhere along the way!
Which could mean a little surprise for someone!

If you're anxious to get on with the hop, you can now head to Lynn's blog!
(If you want to hear more about my card read on!)

I'm a sucker for a man in uniform & Ding Dong,
Howie HotHotHot sure rings my bell! lol
I coloured him up with my promarkers & cut him out with a nestie.

As you can see, I made a side stepper card.
I lined the back panel of each step with a matt of coordinating plain paper
& then topped with design paper. The paper is from Papermania.
The panels under the image are the same size as the stepper panels.

I added some Card Candy & a little bell from my Christmas stash,
which I strung on a little piece of raffia.

I highlighted his boots with a white Sakura Glaze pen, to make them look shiny.
I coloured his boot buckles the nozzle of the hose with a
Sakura clear star pen to make it look metallic
& I added some  Anita's 3D Clear Gloss to the drips & the puddle.

I added two ruffles of ribbon along the front of the card.

The sentiment panel was generated on the pc using a font called flame,
which you can download free here & I cut it out with a nestie,
added a few spots of colour with a promarker to make it a bit more flamelike
& added a couple of bits of Card Candy!
Okay, now you know all about my card, off you hop to Lynn's blog & check out her fab creation!

I'd just like to point out that as this post goes live in the
wee small hours here in the UK,
I'll be fast asleep! So I promise to link up the blogs before & after me on the hop
as soon as I awake from my slumbers & the rest as soon as I get a moment!
Have a rootin' tootin' good time at the Hop!!
Oh, & just before you go, a little reminder about the Anniversary Scavenger Crawl

on the 24th August! There's prizes!!!!
You can grab the badge from here or Dude Time Doodles & post it on your side bar so you don't miss out on all the fun! I've heard there may even be some Candy up for grabs!
Woo Hoo!!!
