Wedding Carriage

Good morning all!
Is it Thursday already? Crikey!!!!
Time for me to share another Just Inklined creation with you!
As the wedding season is fast approaching,
I thought I'd share a wedding card with you
Here's what I made

I made a White on White, vintage feel card using the beautiful image,
There are lots of gorgeous images for weddings over at
Just Inklined,, be sure to check them all out!
I do like white on white cards but as the image needs to be coloured,
I added subtle touches of colour using some flexmarkers.

I trimmed the image down & matted it onto a diecut background.
This was made using a Marianne Designs die which I cut
twice & joined together, covering the join with some seam binding!
The lace border is made using a Martha Stewart border punch.
I used  my favourite, Linen Embossed Cardstock from
Southfield Stationers for most of this card.
The image is printed on to Print Perfect card from La Pashe.
There is no colour bleeding when you use your alcohol markers
which is important on this type of card.

The sentiment is a LOTV stamp, the flowers are from my stash
& the bow is seam binding also from my stash.
Thanks for popping in!
I'd like to enter my card in a few challenges:
It's All About The Vintage - Anything Goes
TIME OUT Challenges - Time Flies, Love Lasts

All elements were inked with Frayed Burlap Distress Ink.

The kraft card blank is from JellyBean Crafts, the border punch is from Tonic,
the sentiment from Craftwork Cards, the twine from American Crafts &
 the strawberry charm from Meiflower!

Quotations at OLLCB

Good morning all.
It's Monday & it's time for the latest challenge at
Ohh La La Creations
The theme this fortnight is
Quotations
Here's my card!

I've made an Easel Card using a scalloped square card & an image from the
Passion for Fashion CD Rom
which is available from the Ohh La La Creations shop here.
As you can see I've gone for a black & white Art Deco type theme too.

I found the quotation using a google search on the internet.
Isn't it just fabulous! I mounted it on some foam tape & used that as
the stop for the easel section.

I added the image to a scalloped circle & a plain black circle.
Some matting & layering, some black lace, a little bow & some
Papermania gems from my stash et voila!
I hope you like my card!
If you'd like some more inspiration, pop on over to
the challenge blog to see what the talented DT have been up to!
Hope to see you there!

I'd like to enter my card in the following challenges:

I've hadn't used them in ages so I rooted them out & have

The little arrows are cut from one of the sheets & I've popped them up on a
little bit of shaker tape for a bit of dimension!
The sentiments are also partly popped up on a bit of foam tape.
I've decorated the inside too!
Now, if you need a reminder, your next stop is Nicole

Time for me to share another La Pashe creation with you!
Here's what I've made!

I've been playing with The Christmas Box CD Rom

I cut him out & layered him up using pinflair glue.
I added lots of sparkle but I'm not sure it shows properly in the photos!

I ran around the edges with glossy accents then sprinkled with
glamour dust, I used a quickie glue pen to stick the glitter to the image.
The boder was made with a tonic punch & I added some twine from my stash

A little side view to show the layers!
I also added little rosette & a couple of buttons from my stash.
Thanks for stopping by, I hope you enjoyed your visit!

Faithful Friends at OLL

Good Morning all!
There's a brand new challenge starting over at
OLLCB
It's my turn to choose the theme this time & I've chosen
"Faithful Friends"
Feel free to interpret this as you will!
You don't have to use OLL images or papers but
it does make us smile when you do!
If you haven't tried OLL designs yet, check out the shop for free samples!
Here's my creation!

I've used this cute little Westie & papers from the
Faithful friends CD, available in the Ooh La La Creations shop

Isn't he adorable!

The CS I have used is from Southfield Stationers.
I used an EK Success punch for the borders. The ribbon is recycled from
some clothing. My friends all used to chop these off & throw them away,
now they collect them for me & I use them on cards I make for charities
which helps to keep the costs down!
The buttons are from my stash & the sentiment is by Craftwork Cards.

Spring Lambs

Good morning all!
It's Thursday so it's time for me to share a Just Inklined card with you!
Here's what I made this time!

This image is Lambs
Such a sweet image for any occasion, especially at this time of year!
The person this card is for is currently helping a friend out with lambing!
As this card is destined for a man, I wanted to keep it clen & simple
& give it a rustic feel! I used Kraft card for the base,

I did a bit of shading with my flexmarkers, cut out with an oval nestie,
then inked with Vintage Linen & Frayed Burlap
distress inks whilst still in the die!

I added a piece of white card & a little bit of Jute (Burlap) Tie Strap which  was
originally intended for garden use but I thought it was perfect for my card!
The buttons were in my stash & were recycled from an old jumper of hubby's
The sentiment is a LOTV stamp.
