I hope your having a loveley start to your weekend!

Today I have something a little different to share with you.

You may have seen it before, it was on 

Create & Craft TV recently!

I get so excited when I see my creations on there! lol

This little beauty was made using the new

Behind Closed Doors Pop Up Cards CD-Rom 

 now available at La Pashe

First the closed doors. I tied them up with a little ribbon & tag.

How real do those doors look?

Then a little peek at the little scene inside!

Isn't is so cute??

Sshhh, go gently, mum & baby are having some quiet time

 behind the screens! 

As you can see I made a little 4 drawer easel card.

The first I've ever made if I'm honest! lol

I thought the little drawers could perhaps hold a gift

or a lock of hair, maybe a hospital baby bracelet etc.

The drawer pulls are little brads with ribbon attached!

Here's a side view of how I managed to get the 

easel part to sit flat on the top of the box!

Don't forget to pick up your copy of the CD before they run out!

Born To Be Wild

Good morning blog friends!

Is it Thursday already?? It must be! Yay!!

Here I am with my Just Inklined card for this week!

The image I have used is Born To Be Wild
The sentiment is one of three that come a part of the set!
I've made a card with a man in mind but there's no reason why
 this image couldn't be used for a lady biker too!
I couldn't stop singing to myself as I made this one!

For my layout, I used the sketch


 from Creative Stamp Friends

I used my Promarkers & Flexmarkers to colour up the image..

I chose the papers first & matched the colors to them.

The Papers are from a Papermania Colossal Paper Pad

called For Him & have been in my stash for a very long time!

I die-cut the sentiment with a Spellinders Die, then inked with 

Old Paper Distress Ink, whilst still in the die. I threaded  a piece of

Kraft card through & secured with a brad at each end.

The sentiment is attached using Pinflair Glue for a bit of dimension 

as are the die-cut cogs. 

I cut another cog into four for my cornes!

I made a little A6 Kraft moving house card

The image I have used is from our sponsor
Bugaboo

and is called AKV Moving Car
The layout was based on the sketch from
Fetch A Sketch
I used the colours from
Stamp & Create

I coloured it up with  combo of Flexmarkers & Promarkers.

The papers I have used were in a goody box from Craftwork Cards.

I just love those chevrons!

I made the sentiment on the PC then die cut it out.

I added a double bow in twine.

The little flowers are recycled from some gift wrapping ribbon.
