Good afternoon all!

You all seemed to enjoy the Christmas in July Challenge,
so let's see if this one tickles your fancy too!
Let's see embossing on your project, be it heat or dry, we don't mind,
as little or as much as you choose as long as we can see some embossing there!
Here's my take on it!
I used a red square card blank for the base card.
The image is The Beach Hut from Debbie's fabulous shop
I coloured it up with promarkers & chalked in the sky.
Next I added some faux stitching around the outside
using a letraset fine liner pen.
I then did some heat embossing
I stamped my sentiment with Versamark black ink, then embossed with a
sparkly black embossing powder.
It looks a bit odd in the pic as it has glitter through it.
I then matted it onto some aqua card.
Next I did some dry embossing
I used my Cuttlebug Swirls embossing folder,
which I inked over with distress ink.
Sorry, I can't remember which colour I used but I do remember
thinking at the time, it was kind of sea like! lol
I matted that onto the aqua card & tied a ribbon around it.
Next I added some flowers with brad centres!
I was going to change the colour of some brads with embossing powder as
Leesa showed us in her fab tutorial
here but as I had just the colours I wanted, I had no need to!
To finish my card,I added a couple of photo corners & used a white gel pen to
highlight the life raft & the beach ball.
I also decorated the inside of the card but I forgot to take a photo,
I do apologise for that!
I hope you like what you see!
Thank you for stopping by on this sunny Sunday afternoon!
