Around The World

Good Morning All!

Here's my DT inspiration card for this months challenge at 

The Crafting Cafe

The theme this month is Around The World & we're sponsored by the wonderful

Bugaboo Stamps

who have provided the DT with some images to play with!

I've used AKVNATbabyjesus to make my Across The Miles Christmas card

I send lot's of Christmas cards to many different countries & I

like to design something that isn't too weighty for postage purposes.

I made an A6 Kraft base & printed the sentiment directly on to it. 

Next I scored some lines for a bit of interest.

My image was printed on to Kraft & coloured  with pencils,

 then cut out with a spellbinders ornate oval die! 

I used some gilding wax on the edges to give it some definition & popped up 

on some foam tape for a little dimension!

Finally, I added a little bit of button twine which I had also rubbed with a bit 

of the gilding wax & tied in a simple knot!
