Good moring all!
Is it Monday Already?
I hope those of you who celebrate Chistmas had a lovely time!
I'm not in work this week at all so, am looking forward to a bit of R&R!
Now, on to the new challenge at Eureka Stamps, where this weeks theme is

Here's my card
I used the lovely Digi 23402 Snowman Circle for my card!
I kept the design simple & fairly flat for posting.
The base card is from Craftwork Cards, embossed using an Xcut snowflake folder.
I used my flexmarkers to colour the image, cut with a circle die, then outlined the
image & the sentiment with some liquid chalk ink. The sentiment was also die cut.
The sentiment & image are popped up on 1mm foam pads for a little dimension!

In fact, I loved the image so much I made 4 cards!

They are all very similar in design but I used different colours
to ink the circles & sentiments!
Thanks for stopping by. I hope you can play in the challenge!

I'd like to enter this card in a few little challenges:

Good morning all!
It's Monday again, time is flying by!
It's time for the new challenge at Eureka Stamps
Where this week, the theme is
Here's my card

I used the sweet little image, Digi 17502  Snowy Church Circle.
I used a hot pink A6 base card & printed the image and sentiment
onto some super smooth card-stock. I coloured the sky with a Flexmarker in
Blue Grey & used my Sakura Glaze Pen to colour the rest.
I added some touches of glitter using my Sakura Clear Star pen.
The button threaded with twine was sitting at the side & cried out
to be added to my project, so I did just that!

So there you have it, a CAS Christmas Card in Non-Traditional Colours.
You can see a little of the sparkle in this side view!
Hope you like it & I hope you can play along in the challenge!

Christmas Is Coming

Good morning all!
It'sMonday again!!!
The weeks are zipping by & I still haven't got myself as organised as I should
be for Christmas this year! However, I'm beginning to clear my feet & feel
like I'm getting there slowly!
is this weeks theme for the challenge over at Eureka Stamps!
Here's my little card!

Have you got your tree up yet?
I'm putting it off for as long as possible because I fear my kitties
may well be just like the image I have used this week
Digi 22304 Kitty In Lights
Isn't he just the cutest?
I love that cheeky grin on his face!
I've used a 6x6 inch base card. I decided to go with yellow,
one of the colours I picked out of the background paper.
I used my Sakura Glaze pens to colour the lights & a
Light Fawn Flexmarker, to colour up the kitty!

A bit of matting & layering & a border punched with a Martha Stewart punch.
The sentiment was simply done on my PC.
The little sparkly bow just landed there when I was messing about,
so I decided just to add it where it was!
Thanks for popping in to look at my little card today!
I hope you like it!

I'd like to enter this card in the following challenges:

A Gem of a Challenge - Christmas anything goes
Crafty Hazelnut's Christmas - Time To decorate

Christmas Sparkle

Hello everyone, two posts from me today!
A while back, I was lucky enough to win a challenge at UnstampaBelles.
Part of my prize was an invitation to be GDT with them for a month.
The theme for the December challenge is

You can create something all sparkly for Christmas, not necessarily a card

We all end up with glitter all over us and the creative space anyway at this time of the year
so go for it!

The twist is to make us (the readers) smile!

This can be with your project or with your post about that project!

Prize:
A $20 Aust. Gift Voucher to an on-line shop of choice
(must be able to issue gift vouchers)

Here's my card!

I used a white 6"x6" base for my card.
I cut some glittered card stock using a Lawn Fawn Die,
silver for the snowscape & blue for the night sky.
I added a die cut, white glittery circle, cut with a spellbinders circle die
for a moon, then added some EK Success punched white glittery reindeer.
The snowflakes are punched, and the sentiment is a glittery peel off.
I also gave my lead reindeer a red gem nose!
This card lurked about in my head for a while & it was good to get it made up
I'm glad to say I was happy with the results!

Thanks for popping over, I hope you like my card!
I hope you'll play in the challenge too!
Just remember not to use a stamp, rubber or digi!

I'd like to enter this card in a couple of challenges:

Candy Mine Elf

Good Morning all!
This week is just whizzing by!
I've been getting ready for a little crafty sale so have been caught up making bits & pieces
as well as the usual stuff. Been busy at work too, so I'll be glad
when the weekend is here!
Anyhoo, here's the card I have to share today!

This is an 8"x8" square base with decoupage, sentiment & design paper from
The Gift Of Christmas CD Rom by La Pashe.
These are great to cut out & make up & there is also a smaller image on the
sheet, which I used to make a little card, but could be used for a matching gift tag etc!
Not too much to say about this one really,
A doily, some matting & layering, a double ribbon bow & a little jingle bell hey presto!
You could add some glitter to jazz it up but I love it just as it is!

A little side view which I hoped would show the dimenson of the decoupage
but I'm not sure it does!
Thanks for stopping by! I hope you like my card.

Christmas Tags

Good morning all! It'sMonday already!
The weeks are flying in!
It's time once again for a brand new challenge over at Eureka Stamps!
Our theme for this week is:

Here's my little tag:
The image I've used is 2501 Cat With Garland & I've also used the
sentiment 23703 Meowy Christmas. (I've rotated to make it straight),
I used Kraft cardstock & a spellbinders tag die for the base tag.
I then used some sequin waste as a mask & daubed gold pigment ink & red
liquid chalk ink through in slightly different areas, to give a feeling of added dimension
The image was coloured in areas using alcohol markers.
I used a scalloped oval to cut it out & edged everything with the gold ink.
The image & sentiment were popped up on foam pads for dimension,
then I added some fibres, ribbon, gold braid & a little jingle bell
to finish it off.

You can see the gold shimmer a little better in this photo!
Thanks for popping in!
I hope you can play along in our Christmas Tags challenge,

Parrot Pals

Good morning all!
I'm back with another sample I made for today's launch of the new
La Pashe CD Rom "The PetSet" On Create & Craft TV

This is "Parrot Pals"
! I love the gorgeous bright colours of these feathered friends.
The grey reminds me of a friends African Grey, called "Bird" who loved
to eat M&M's from a bowl. He was a corker!
My card is an 8x8 inch base with a bit of matting & layering of plain paper
as well as the patterened papers which are also on the CD Rom.
I used an Xcut punch for the decorative border.

I added some beaded ribbon down one side, this is from Lidl & was originally
meant for gift wrapping. I love the different strands & I'm sure if the birds
were real, they'd love playing with the beads! Lol
To further embellish, I cut some of thefeathers from the DP, feathered
the edges & attached with some pinfflair glue for dimension.

The sentiment was trimmed, the corners punched & then mounted on a
Spellbinders speech bubble die cut.
I think you can just about see the dimension in this photo!

So, don't forget to tune in to see the launch of the

The image was coloured with my Sakura pens & some promarkers for shading.
I used a spellbinders circle die to cut out the image & a scalloped circle for the gold
mat behind. The ribbon is from my stash, the Noel is a diecut & the snowflakes are punched

Morning all, have you heard there's a new CD about to be launched by
La Pashe!? It's called "The Pet Set"
I was lucky enough to be asked to make some samples for the launch,
using some of the decoupage sheets
Here's one of them

This is called Team work.
The gorgeous background papers are from the CD too.
The CD has lots of cats, dogs, horses and even some birds, due to popular demand!
I made asimple little card with the addition of some Jute Ribbon & a couple of buttons.
The card base is a bit bigger than A5 just to give you an idea of scale.
(I do apologise about the photo quality but the weather was
rubbish & I was keen to get these posted off)

You can just about see the dimension in this photo!
As always, the decoupage is a dream to cut out.

Get Well Soon

Good Morning all!
Monday comes around far too quickly these days!
Unless, of course, you're waiting for the new challenge at
Eureka Stamps to begin! This week, the theme is

Here's my DT inspiration card

The image I have used is Sick Puppy, Digi 2002(492)
He's just too cute & just perfect for get well cards!
I didn't do much to the image, I coloured his little ice pack with a
black pencil & added a couple of little bits of shading,
which sadly,  don't really show in my photos!
The card base is A6 size white CS, to which I added a mat of black paper
The image & get well sentiment were printed on to white & I've
added two bits of black ribbon, which were rescued from a  friends top ages ago.
I die cut the Hugs in black & white & layered to give some
dimension. Inside, I've simply added a plain paer insert!

A little side view for you!
