The image I have used is Spring Lambs from Just Inklined
I lightly coloured it with flexmarkers then cut out with a nestie
& inked with old paper distress ink.
The papers are pages from an old Complete works of Shakespeare book
& are inked too although they already looked aged.

The flower was from my stash as was the seam binding.
You can see the card is open just a little to give you an idea
how it works if you haven't seen one of these before!

Here's a look at the side with the card half open.
The card will fold flat for posting!

Here's it tied back up again.

Good Morning all you lovely blog readers!

It's time for the March Just Inklined  Hop

This month, it's my turn to host & I chose the theme of
Fancy Folds!
I have to say I wasn't the most popular person for choosing it LOL!
Now, without further ado, here's my card!

I've made a little spring card! The image I have used is
I used shades of Amethyst to colour it this time!
It's a perfect image for a spring birthday or indeed anytime of the year.
I can think of lot's of other occasions it could be used for too!
Now, if you're anxious to hop on, you next stop is
whom I'm certain will have something wonderful to share with you!
Before you go, don't forget to comment on all of the blogs
as we always have a spot prize or two along the way!
Here is the hop order incase you need it!
Dawn (that's me)

If you want to read a little more about this card then read on!

Here is the card with it's matching die cut tag!
You could either use the tag to write the greeting or as a gift tag!
I used  a mix of promarkers & flexmarkers to colour the image.
I cut the image out with an oval nestie, then inked the edges & the sentiment with
a liquid chalk inkpad. The papers I have used are by DCWV
they have been around for some time & I had used up nearly all of mine,
but I managed to procure some from a friend who was having a crafty clearout!
I threaded several strands of twine through the hole in the tag.

Here's a little side view to let you see the fold if you're not familiar with it.
The recipient of this card is the lady who taught me how to make these.
She also loves purple so I'm hoping she likes it! lol
