Secret Garden

Good morning lovelies!

Here I am with today's card!

I made a 6x6inch Kraft card using Secret Garden

one of the new Clear Polymer Stamps from La Pashe!

This card is actually intended for a man but I guess it might

be suitable for any keen gardener or indeed anyone who likes

to spend time in the garden!

I used my usual FlexMarker & ProMarker combo to colour up the image.

then matted it onto some brown CS which has a punched border.

I added a little bit of raffia mesh some buttons & some twine.

I just had to add a little bunch of keys too!

The papers are First Edition, Bo Chic (I think)

All of these items have been in my stash for ages!

Baby Bassinet

Good Morning dear peeps!

I have a card to share with you today! 

An 8"x8" WOW card for a baby boy, with "Pops" of blue!

 The image is "Baby Bassinet" one of the exclusive images on

the fantastic - The Best Of Just Inklined CD-rom

It's just adorable isn't it! Perfect for a girl or a boy!

I coloured the image up with ProMarkers & FlexMarkers.

I wanted to have it quite subtle but to "Pop" as well!

Not sure where I got the sentiment from, I've had it forever!

I cut it out using a Sizzix die, threaded with ribbon from my stash

& added a few little self-adhesive flat backed pearls!

The hearts were made usng a Martha Stewart Punch & the stick pin 

was from my stash, as were the buttons.

A little double  ribbon bow to finish off.

Hi di hi all!

Today I'd like to share my card for 

Crafting For All Seasons!

Where the theme is - No Stamps Allowed!

I made a flower using a DP that has been in my stash for ages & 

I don't think I would have used otherwise!

I cut the layers using theTim Holtz Tattered Florals Die,

I inked the edges with a liquid chalk inkpad.

Then used an embossing tool to shape.

The leaves were punched using a Woodware punch.

Here's a closer look!

The ribbon & twine are from Lidl & the sentiment

was made on my pc using a free font called

Sunshine Poppy

La Pashe Hand Tied Lillies

Good morning lovely bloggers & friends!

Here is todays card

The image is Hand Tied Cala Lillies.

one of the range of Clear Polymer Stamps available at 

A perfect image for a sympathy card,wedding card, engagement

or perhaps even Easter.

I opted for a White On White layout & coloured the image

 with  a mix of Promarkers & Flexmarkers for a subtle look.

The ivory satin ribbon was left over from some wedding invitaions I made.

The embossed panels were done with cuttlebug embossing folder (I think)!

The image was stamped with Clear Versamark Ink

& then embossed with clear embossing powder.

I just love those wacky wheels!

The layout I have used is this weeks sketch at

Just Us Girls

This card is for a friend that I work with!

She's not a fancy & frilly kind of a gal so I decided

to use the camper digi & colour it in the colours of her own camper van!
We have lots of fun going out & about in it, in the summer months!

Not really the kind of colours I normally use but they suit her perfectly!

The image was coloured with Promarkers

The border is Marth Stewart Doily punch.

Ribbon, buttons & paper (possibly Do Crafts) from my stash!

The sentiment was done on my pc using a free font called

ActionIs It put me in mind of Scooby Doo & The Love Machine!

La Pashe Garden Swing

Good morning blog readers & friends!

Here is today's card!

Did you see it on Create & Craft TV a couple of weeks ago???
I was super excited about that I can tell you! lol

The image I have used is Garden Swing,

one of the new range of Clear Polymer Stamps

available from La Pashe

My base card is 8"x8" 

The papers I have used are from Papermania.

I added a couple of fishtails, a doily, some Card Candi & ribbon from my stash!

The lace under the ribbon was being hoarded for that special occasion!

I also used a border punch for a bit of added detail!

The image was coloured with my ususal mix of Flexmarker, Promarkers

& I think there may have been a touch of Copic in there too!

I took great delight in deliberately colouring outside the lines on this one!

It has a great feeling of Spring about it don't you think?

I love the way all these little faces smile at me whenever I come to my blog!

It's a bit like having you all in my front room with me!

Anyhoo, enough of my nonsense!

Here is my Just Inklined card for today!

It's a Christmas Card!!!!!

I thought that since spring had finally sprung you might be just about 

able to cope with a little bit of snow! lol

My inspiration for this card sprang to mind when I saw a little Robin

on the bird feeder in my mum & dads garden! I couldn't get the song

When The Red Red Robin Comes Bob Bob Bobbing Along 

out of my head! My grandad used to sing this to us all the time!

 

The image I have used is 'Winter Fence Robin'

This is one of the images which are exclusive to 

The Best Of Just Inklined 2012 CD-Rom

The image & sentiment were printed on Print Perfect, 

it's absolutely fantastic for stamping/printing  & colouring on! 

I made a White on White 6"x6" card, 

using Linen Embossed cardstock for everything else!

The image was coloured up with Promarkers, then some glittery accents

 added using Diamond Sparkles & my trusty quickie glue pen!

Then it was cut out with an oval nestie & matted onto a scallop oval.

The embossed panel was done with a Cuttlebug swiss dots embossing folder.

The snowflakes & flourishes were Marianne Creatables dies.

The Dewdrops were in my stash & the Faux Silk ribbon is from

Dainty Paperie I love that etsy shop!

The font I have used is  a free font called Noel

The beutiful image I have used is from our Sponsor & is called 

Flowers for my Mommy

I coloured her up with a mix of  Promarkers, Copics & Flexmarkers.

The sentiment was from Sentiments 4 You which is currentlt closed.

The little crochet flower is from my stash & I have no recollection where it came from!

The ribbon is from my local haberdasher & started off life as plain Organza.

I melted it with my heat gun to get the crinlkle effect.

If you try it, be sure to use tweezers to hold the ribbon & be careful 

not to burn your fingers!

I added half a paper doily which I inked using chalk inkpads.
