Finally got round to doing my October entry for the comp over at Craftystash. The theme was Anything Goes Just Add A Bow.
You have to use one of the fabulous designs by Debbie Lauder which are available at both Craftystash and Cardmaking Downloads
I opted to use the Snow Pixies Tent Card Download. It was easy to cut out and had all you need to make a really pretty card, including instructions!
I wanted to keep it simple so I decoupaged the frame & pixie using pinflair glue, hung the pixie in the aperture using funky fibres & added a funky fibre bow. The only other thing I did was to highlight a few areas using my Clear Star Sakura Pen.
Hi, Thanks for popping in today. I hope you enjoy your visit to my little crafty corner of the universe. Don't forget to leave a little love, while you're here & I'll pop over to your blog and do the same!

Mum's Birthday Card
Thought I would share the card I made today for Mum's Birthday with you!
I was going to make her card with an image of Bo Peep from Sassy Cheryl (she has recently, in her 70's, started learning to shepherd with her border collie) until she made a throw away comment the other week about one day having a mobility scooter with her dog in the basket! After that I just had to use another image that I spotted on Just Inklined!
The image is called Renie & Scrappy, I think it's hilarious,
I just hope Mum does too!!!!
I made an easel card with it! The image was coloured with promarkers.
The background was chalked.
The papers were from my stash which I have vowed to use up (Lol) before I buy anything else!
They were from Do Crafts but not sure what they're called!
The little 'unique' ticket stubs were a Freebie from Sentiments 4 you
I have looked at these many times & wanted to use them, this just seemed
the ideal project as my Mum is indeed unique!
For the sentiment on the stop I used the same ticket stub but I added a text box & wrote my own greeting! I also added a bit of lace & some funky fibres!
I would like to enter this card for the following challenges2 sisters challenge 10 Anything Goes

ATCs
Hi, thought today I'd share some ATC's with you. Firstly my returns from the October swap over at Cardmaking Downloads Forum. The theme was recycled & I posted what I made earlier.
Now for the amazing returns I received today!
Firstly Dairy Milk by Ali (Recycled easter egg packaging)
Next Flower Pot by Jean (Recycled magazine, newspaper, milk bottle top and packaging as far as I can see! I(s there anything I've missed???)
Last but not least Recycled by Marian (Recycled Birthday Card & my fav.... recycled ribbon from a jumper!)
Ali is very generous & always makes a RAK for taking part. This is my little beauty, Scarecrow in Autum. I think you'll agree he's great too!!!
Ali runs a monthly ATC swap over at Ali's ATC Swap Stop. The theme for October is Harvest and/or Halloween.
I decided to opt for Halloween as I had some free Digi stamps from here & there that I was itching to use
Here is the pack!!! I used promarkers to colour the images and some chalks for the backgrounds. It was fun & games when I had to turn the house upside down looking for a promarker that I'd had in my hand one second & it was nowhere to be found the next! It finally turned up in a pencil case I has checked previously!
Boo!!!
Can't remember where I picked this great image from!
Have just had my memory jogged by my good friend Ali from over at Aqualegias Escape, that it is indeed a Just Inklined image.
Mummy!
I couldn't resist the urge to add some bandages to this one! Think he was from Just Inklined. That has now been confirmed. Thank you Ali!
